Acting on individual Membership ID requests in the SAT queue

- To approve an Membership ID request, click on a Request ID in the SAT queue.
- From this edit screen, SITA users click the "Approve" button.
- This will trigger an automated email to the requester informing them that their Membership ID request has been approved, and providing their new Membership ID.
- Deny an Membership ID request
- To deny an Membership ID request, click on a Request ID in the SAT queue.
- From this View tab, SITA users can click the “Deny” button.

- Send a custom message to the Membership ID requestor
- From the SAT queue, click on an individual Request ID. This will take the SITA user to a page where the request detail can be viewed.
- To send a custom message to the applicant, SITA completes the Subject and Comment field and click the Submit button.
- This sends the comment to the requester via email, and records the comment permanently on the individual request page (under the View tab).
