At the time that a registrant submits a request for a .aero domain via the pending create process, a fee of US$30 is charged. The following scenarios indicate the fee structure:

a. If the pending create request is approved by SITA and the domain is not deleted within the 5-day grace period, a fee of US$30 per domain year is charged.

b. If the pending create request is deleted within the 5-day grace period before or after SITA's approval or denial of the request, a full refund of US$30 per domain year is issued.

c. If the pending create request is deleted after the 5-day grace period after being approved by SITA, a fee of US$30 per domain year is charged.

d. If the pending create request is deleted after the 5-day grace period after being denied by SITA, a fee of US$5 is charged.

e. If the pending create request is deleted after the 5-day grace period without an approval or denial of the request by SITA, a fee of US$5 is charged.
