.aero Add Grace Period (AGP) Limits Policy Registrar Exemption Request Process

Introduction

Under the new AGP policy, a registrar's account will be debited each month for all AGP deletions that exceed the greater of either:

  • 50 domain names, or
  • 10% of net new adds for the previous month

Under the new policy, Registrars have the option to apply for exemption of this charge under special circumstances. Exemptions will be reviewed and approved by registry operators prior to registry services established cutoff date.

All exemption requests for the month the exemption is requested for must be received by .aero Technical Support no later than 5th day of the next calendar month.

Implementation of the above policy can result in negative account balance. Registrar should be notified of such circumstances.
