How to request credentials

In .aero TLD, all registrants have to pass a .aero eligibility verification process concluded by the issue of Membership ID before registering and using .aero domain names.

Following the system upgrade on October 7, registrars can offer a one stop shop for most customers and most registrations by accepting applications for Membership ID and .aero domain name in one combined request. This new functionality reduces the complexity of registration by making it simpler and less time consuming.

How to select an ENS Class?

While the existing Pending Create process allows only registration requests for .aero domain names, registrars have the option to request for more than one ENS Class to be associated with their ENS object.

Currently, deleting hosts put hosts into a pending delete status. In the RRP proxy we will be actively rotating through and clearing those that are on a pending delete status. So, hosts will delete on a fairly quick cycle.

How will the Add Grace Period Limits Policy be calculated?

Registrars will no longer be entitled to a refund of the registration fee by Operators for new registrations of domain names deleted during the AGP that exceed the 10% or 50 threshold maximum number of AGP deletes in a given month, unless an exemption has been granted by SITA.
