Is an OT&E test for the Pending Create functionality mandatory for all existing .aero registrars?

Yes. All existing .aero registrars must develop their client to be compliant with the pending create feature changes. The .aero OT&E sandbox will be updated and available for all .aero registrars beginning 7 September 2006. Effective 18 September 2006 at 19:00 UTC, registrars may begin scheduling the mandatory OT&E tests and must successfully complete the new .aero OT&E test by 5:00p.m. EST on 5 October 2006.

Is there a Redemption Grace Period?

Registry operator will institute Redemption Grace Period for deleted .aero domains starting 15 February, 2006 following the transition.
